Deferred Tuition

Access Labs — A Brooklyn Initiative

Am I eligible for this scholarship?

Access Labs is a campus in Brooklyn powered by Flatiron School, taught by Flatiron School, using Flatiron School curriculum. The Houston Community Boost Scholarship

In partnership with Facebook and the Houston Area Urban League, Flatiron helped the community of Houston through an exclusive scholarship program to our flagship Immersive Full Stack Web Development Course. Twenty-five Houston-based students were enrolled — for free — in our course and given the opportunity to jumpstart their careers as programmers. It was our first in many steps to make education accessible and valuable to aspiring Houston coders.

The Facebook + Flatiron Breakthrough Scholarship

Facebook and Flatiron School were happy to announce  another partnership in our effort to make education accessible everyone. Twenty Flatiron School students — all from underrepresented groups in the tech industry — were rewarded a full scholarship to one of our career-change courses: the Software Engineering Immersive and the Online Software Engineering Bootcamp. On the coattails of our Community Boost Scholarship program, we were happy to continue to work together on our long-term vision to boost tech diversity.

The Operation Code Scholarship

We love our troops, and the Operation Code Online Scholarship was just one way for us to give back to those who protect us. It focused on education opportunity for members of our military and their families: veterans and their spouses were eligible.

The Flatiron School x Citi Women Take Tech Scholarship

From August – November 2018, Flatiron School and Citi joined forces to empower women to take their first step in tech through scholarships to Flatiron’s Software Engineering and Data Science career change courses. This scholarship opportunity was offered through Flatiron School’s Women Take Tech initiative, which has awarded over $3 million in scholarships to over 500 women to learn to code.
