In response to industry feedback reporting a dearth of mobile developers, Flatiron School will focus the Mobile Dev Corps on iOS development, using the same immersive curriculum that has lead to a 99% job placement rate and average starting salary of $74,000 a year.Eligible applicants for Mobile Dev Corps must be residents of NYC, at least 18 years old, and earn less than $50,000 per year (see all the requirements here). Everyone should have a chance to better themselves and to be useful to the world around them. This is one more step in that direction, delivering outcomes-based education to those who could benefit the most.
