At Flatiron School, we’re on a mission to drive down the barriers to entry to a quality education and to enable our grads to launch meaningful careers in tech.
With that vision in mind, we’re pleased to announce the launch of our Online UX/UI Designcourse. We’ve taken the same rigorous user experience and user interface program you’ll find in our campuses at WeWork locations in the U.S. and U.K. and brought it online with the launch of our UX/UI online program.
Whether it’s full-time or part-time, you’ll find a great education and community in the Online UX/UI Design program. You’ll learn the visual, technical, and client service skills necessary to pivot to a new career as a User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) designer and join the global WeWork community with a one-year membership.
In addition to flexible pacing, our program provides the unique opportunity to bundle online learning and the ability to create and collaborate with other students of varied professional backgrounds and levels of design experience in-person at your local WeWork. You’ll expand your professional network through in-person events and the global WeWork Member Network. This is the latest example of our commitment to helping others find work they love since becoming part of the WeWork family in October 2017 and acquiring Designation in August 2018.
We encourage anyone interested in UX Design or UI Design to consider applying to the Online UX/UI Design course. Courses begin in August 2019.
During the Online UX/UI Design course, you’ll learn the necessary hard skills to be successful today and the soft skills to continue your growth in the future. You’ll work with real clients to solve actual business needs, and build a portfolio of real client work for future employers. You’ll have your own unique client project and gain first-hand experience that prepares you for your new career.
In addition to flexible course pacing options, Flatiron School, at its core, is devoted to promoting inclusivity in the tech industry by making education more accessible. We’re excited to offer our industry-leading UX/UI Design curriculum online at two different pacing options and provide the option to pay for the program through the Flatiron School Online Income Share Agreement (ISA), available in select states. Designed to reduce financial barriers to education, the Flatiron School Online ISA gives students the opportunity to pay a percentage of their post-program income over a set number of years in exchange for a financial credit toward their tuition.
