About This Event

You’re probably familiar with Windows or Mac systems, but have you honed your skills in Linux? Linux is an open-source OS with a variety of distributions that provides unique benefits to its users. Cybersecurity professionals and hobbyists alike recommend transitioning to a Linux operating system for greater security, more flexibility, and zero cost thanks to it being open source.

If you consider yourself a cybersecurity n00b, then Intro to Cybersecurity events are the perfect, no-strings-attached way for you to get hands-on in the world of cybersecurity, and find your crowd. If you’ve had some experience with cybersecurity in general, there is still a lot to learn from this workshop. No experience is required.
