This unique initiative brings together technical leaders, industry recruiters, and our accomplished alumni to offer invaluable 1-on-1 networking sessions for our graduating students.

Every quarter, we orchestrate a series of focused, personalized conversations where our grads get the chance to connect directly with technical leaders and recruiting experts from top companies. In 2023 and 2024 alone, we’ve facilitated over 1,400 of these personalized conversations with 100 unique companies. This is not just another job fair — it’s a tailored experience designed to give our students a competitive edge as they embark on their job search. Each individual conversation is carefully matched and scheduled, with graduates receiving direct access to industry representatives who can provide them with insights and advice that are crucial for landing their first role in software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, or product design.
Our robust network of employer partners is a testament to the strength and relevance of these interactions. Companies including Bloomberg, Box, Cognixia, FDM, IPG Health, NetApp, and Smoothstack have consistently participated in Career Convos, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to supporting our grads.
