Flatiron School is proud to announce our 2018 On-Campus Outcomes Report for our immersive NYC software engineering program, the immersive iOS Developer course, and a web/iOS Fellowship program. Our sixth audited report shows once again that Flatiron School graduates get jobs and go on to build lasting careers in tech.
In our latest report, we had a 97 percent employment rate for job-seeking on-campus graduates including full-time salaried roles, part-time roles, contract roles, and paid apprenticeships.
“We pioneered job outcomes reporting for the bootcamp industry by being the first to release a third-party verified report and are still the only ones to have released reports for all graduates since we launched in 2012,” said Adam Enbar, CEO and co-founder of Flatiron School.
In the latest report, 100 percent of students accepted roles in technical disciplines. Our graduates accepted jobs ranging from small startups to some of the largest companies in the world.
The average salary for job-seeking graduates who accepted full-time salaried jobs (74 percent of students in the report) was $73,806. The average pay for a contract, internship, apprenticeship, part-time or freelance role (25 percent of students in the report) was $30 per hour.
“We’re proud to offer the best job search support in the industry by providing a dedicated, personal career coach to each student and reporting our job outcomes for six consecutive years,” said Gretchen Jacobi, Head of Career Services at Flatiron School. “Flatiron School is devoted to ensuring our students' investment in their education is rewarded, by helping them land jobs they love, and changing not just their careers, but their lives.”
