Over the last 10 years, our alumni have been our greatest ambassadors. Now we’d like to reward you for it. If you refer a friend that successfully starts a Flatiron School program, we’ll send you a check for $1,000.
How It Works
- Share your unique referral link (check your email!) with your network.
- Your friend applies to Flatiron School.
- If your friend meets our admissions criteria, they are admitted to Flatiron School.
- Your friend starts a Flatiron School program.
- You provide us with your mailing address, a W-9 form, or any other required paperwork.
- Flatiron School sends you a check for $1,000!
Details
- To be eligible for the $1,000 reward, your friend must apply using your unique referral link.
- There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer nor the number of $1,000 rewards you can receive.
- Self-referrals or referrals that have previously provided Flatiron School their contact information are not eligible.

Referrals must apply through your unique referral link. If your referral did not apply through your unique link, and/or if that referral had already provided Flatiron School their contact information, you are not eligible for the $1,000 reward.
If all the program terms are met, you will receive your $1,000 check within two months of your friend starting a Flatiron School program, as long as you provide all the necessary paperwork (your mailing address and a W-9 form). We’ll reach out to collect that information from you a few weeks before your friend starts a Flatiron School program.
