About This Event
Two trained product designers will tackle the hefty problem of how to design software that helps the user learn. This is a peek under the hood of how product designers strategize and prioritize before starting work on a final polished UI.
Join one of our Product Design instructors as they make UI decisions using UX artifacts and UX decisions using UI artifacts.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll leave with a slightly (hey, it’s only an hour) better understanding of:
- Why forgetting helps you learn.
- Why you should understand what you don’t want to know.
- Why learning can be defined as the process of remembering what you are interested in.
- Why familiarity breeds confusion and accuracy does not necessarily make things understandable.
Who is this event for?
Bring your questions and get ready to be inspired by the source. You’ll gain insight into the role of a Product Designer, understand what is needed to get there, and, just maybe, inspire you to make a change.
No experience is required to attend! If you’ve had some experience with design in general, there is still a lot to learn from this workshop. This is a no-strings-attached opportunity for you to gain design knowledge and find out if product design is something you’re passionate about.
Just show up, and learn something new!
