An estimated 15-20% of the population is considered neurodivergent. Many companies like Capital One, Microsoft, Google, and Wells Fargo are seeking out neurodivergent talent for their unique abilities, but candidates in this talent pool may struggle with how to navigate the hiring process.

• Prepare to apply and interview
• Request any accommodations during the process
• Receive workplace support on-the-job
