About This Event
An estimated 15-20% of the population is considered neurodivergent. Many companies like Capital One, Microsoft, Google, and Wells Fargo are seeking out neurodivergent talent for their unique abilities, but candidates in this talent pool may struggle with how to navigate the hiring process.
What You’ll Learn
After this session, you will know how to:
- Identify inclusive employers
- Decode job descriptions
- Prepare to apply and interview
- Request any accommodations during the process
- Receive workplace support on-the-job
