Meet the team
As Seattle’s Campus Director, David is working towards instilling curiosity and ownership in the next generation of tech learners. He is a firm believer in a holistic approach to education — making sure students are always developing, remaining engaged, and growing.
Justin is a UX and product director, university instructor, an creative artist. He’s been a leader in the UX field for over 15 years, notably as the person who founded and led the global UX team for HARMAN international.
Soundarya is the lead instructor for guiding our software development students to success. She previously worked as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, taught computer science concepts to elementary school students and kickboxing to adults.

Join us on campus for our Open House + Open Lab Night, whether you're interested in learning more about Flatiron School, need help preparing for your technical interview, or you're a student planning to attend a course.
Intro to HTML & CSS
Join Flatiron School for this free workshop, where you'll learn the basic building blocks of a website and how to style them while completing a series of challenges to help you master your new skills.
You will leave with the core concepts of HTML (tags, elements, and attributes), and the basics of CSS (selectors, properties, and values). All your work will be in a platform that will allow you to bring it home so you can continue to work on it after you leave!
