10 years of success, brought directly to your organization
Flatiron School has prepared over 10,000 graduates for tech roles in various industries, at companies large and small. Our Enterprise program brings the success of our bootcamps directly to your business through flexible training programs, targeted towards your unique needs. Our modern curriculum can be licensed or customized in various ways.
What We Do
Given the ever-changing technology landscape, training for today’s most business-critical roles needs to evolve just as fast. Flatiron School’s Enterprise programs are tailored to meet the needs of employers and universities worldwide, and powered by a curriculum that’s constantly shifting to meet market needs.
How We Do It
We help our corporate partners future-proof their workforce with targeted hire-to-train, retraining, onboarding, and recruiting programs across software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and product design. For our education partners, we offer curriculum licensing to develop highly effective technical bootcamps within your accredited or continuing education catalog.
Our curriculum is regularly reviewed by industry partners to ensure we are teaching the most in-demand, relevant skills. Learners work in hands-on, skills-based projects to ensure applied learning. That’s why our programs are frequently ranked in the top coding bootcamps by industry publications.
Learning something new is hard, but learning with others can make the challenge less overwhelming. That’s why community is built into our teaching style. From pair programming to group projects and 1-on-1 mentoring, students are never alone on their journey.
We provide a central education team to work closely with partners to develop the lessons, exercises, and labs for each course. You will receive a Success Manager as your primary point of contact to ensure we’re meeting your goals every step of the way.
We are helping to diversify tech
Our curriculum is designed to reach diverse groups, demographics, and experience levels. Flatiron School’s 2020 Jobs Report shows that among our 2019-2020 graduates, 32% of students were women, 21% were Black or LatinX, and 21% of students did not have a four-year degree — proving that our program works no matter the learner’s experience level.
