This workshop is designed to introduce you to the field of data journalism through the use of Python. One of our lead Data Science instructors, will walk you through how data journalists use data to create visualizations and summary analysis that communicate data clearly.

What You’ll Learn

• How to use the pandas package to wrangle your data
• How to create static and interactive visualizations
• Some tips on conveying information with data effectively
• What to look out for with “bad” visualizations

No experience is required to attend this workshop! If you’ve had some experience with Data Science in general, there is still a lot to learn from this workshop.
