In their discussion titled “How Birmingham Southern College Built a Data Science Program in 20 Weeks,” Daniel Coleman discussed the College’s decision to launch a Data Science program in 2021 and the drivers behind choosing Flatiron School to support this program.
The goal? To support the launch of a program that addresses the growing need of data science skills in the workforce with the intellectual rigor and context of a Birmingham-Southern liberal arts education.
