Flatiron School strives to address student dissatisfaction as quickly as possible. Students may submit a complaint to the school no more than one calendar year following the student’s last date of attendance in the student's program of study. For the purposes of this policy, the last date of attendance is defined as either the student's graduation date or the date of withdrawal or dismissal from the program.
- Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any complaints or concerns by discussing the issue directly with the relevant party.

- Graduated students should contact their Career Coach
